A prestigious neighborhood located on the North Shore of Staten Island. Most of this neighborhood was completed prior to the opening of the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge in 1964. This wonderful area was named after a sea captain Robert Richard Randall who was the founder of Sailors Snug Harbor. Randall Manor is a beautiful enclave surrounded by stately homes full of Character, charm and history. The streets are lined with mature trees in this quiet and pleasant area. This prime sought after location has the advantage of being located near stores, transit, the St. George Ferry and a local hospital and many points of interest. Over the years Randall Manor has remained one of the most desirable neighborhoods on Staten Island.

Sailors Snug Harbor was purchased by the city of New York. The Cultural Center and Park opened to the public in 1976. It consists of five Greek revival buildings facing the water. Botanical garden, Chinese Scholars garden, The Children’s museum, Art Lab, Newhouse Center for Contempary Art, Music Hall, Butterfly garden, greenhouse, mini castle, miniature hedge maze and much more.
